About Us
Tony’s Background.
I’m a full octane gear head myself……
My car resumé from the age of 18 has been, shall we say ‘nuts’?
As a young man I was fortunate enough to work in the North Sea offshore platform industry, which paid a bunch of money for a 19 year old!
Consequently, I was able to to build and own a supercharged 350ci Chevy powered 55’ Ford Popular, which I raced at drag tracks whenever I could.
It secured a front cover and poster with Street Machine magazine, as well as many show wins!!
I rode a highly worked Kawasaki Z1000, and XR3i front new…..
Then came the ‘big stuff’!!!
I imported and restored a 57’ BelAir sport coupe’ into which I set a 383Ci stoker Chevy V8 and a Muncie 4 speed stick shift. I still own her, she’s called Crystal!
Crystal won every single show she entered!! She was billed “The Best of the Best champion”. She made front cover of Classic American Magazine and there was even a video of her with my aircraft, a vintage C150 that was featured in ‘Pilot’ magazine.
I’ve flown a WW2 T6 Texan!
Then came Sasha. My insane TVR TUSAN S, which had a factory TVR Power Stroker motors installed and a computer controlled N20 INJECTION!! That car was crazy!! It used to make folk sick !!!.
After that came my new Aston Martin DBS Casino Royale manual. I was asked if it could be used for the red-carpet premier of the new Bond movie at the time, which was Quantum of Solace. Of course, said yes!!
I now own a full race Carbon Hayabusa, which I used at Salt Flats Utah. A 1946 Indian Chief motorcycle and a 1972 Norton Commando, both of which, I restored myself.
I also have a limited edition 961 Norton Commando, a 92’ Harley Davidson, and my treasured Aston Martin V12 Vantage I call ‘Penny’!
On top of that, I own a first year, 15’, SRT HELLCAT Dodge Challenger 6, with speed stick shift in black on black!
I just call her ‘bast**d’!!!
I once owned a Triumph Bonneville Cafe’ racer that I built, which was used next to my friend Thom’s, Precious Metal P-51 Mustang aircraft for a big Swiss watch calendar shoot! A well-known actor in LA owns her now!
These are all just a part of it!
Bikes, planes, super cars and racing, play a huge role in my life!!
They’re what drives me every morning, my very passion! And that love and enthusiasm, will be deployed, to care for your “passion”, your precious machine, because, believe me, I totally understand…….
I’m one of you!!!
Mike’s Background.
My experience goes back decades , I started working with Jaguar and Aston Martin before the VH platform cars even came along. After a short spell in the workshop, I moved up to controller role, overseeing 12 Jaguar and Aston Martin technicians. I was promoted to service advisor then became the youngest ever Aston Martin after-sales manager in the world, a position I developed and held for 16 years and of which I’m still very proud !
In 2009, I oversaw a move to a brand-new dealership based in Hagley, near Stourbridge. This highly successful business won many awards and worked very closely with Aston Martin directly where I gained yet more AM experience right from the heart of the marque .
In 2017, I made the monumental move to set up my own Aston Martin specialist company, I named it Fisher Performance Cars… Select members of my previous Hagley team chose to come to the new venture, and together we grew the business year on year ..Under my tenure-ship and management we were much more than a service and repair operation.. Based on that success in 2020 I took the opportunity to move into a purpose-built facility based in the grounds of Chateau Impney , there I developed the business further . In 2023, after much soul searching, I made what I consider to be the tough but best decision to sell my shares in FPC in order to concentrate on what I consider the ultimate super and special car lifestyle hub .
My Career has been predominantly Aston Martin particularly the VH platform era of vehicles but of course I love all special cars ..and it’s this passion that brings me to 444 .. here I will have no limits and no bounds , able to join and interact with the cars and owners as ‘I’ wish to , as I always have. Many in the Aston world will know me , and I cannot wait to be meeting and seeing you all again .
